By accessing or using the Gutivo application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may modify these Terms at any time; significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Gutivo is a wellness tracking application designed to help users monitor their dietary habits, symptoms, and lifestyle factors related to gut health. The app provides personalized insights based on your logged data to help you identify patterns and correlations.
IMPORTANT: Gutivo is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information, insights, and recommendations provided by this app are for general informational and educational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information obtained from this app. If you experience any medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You have the right to delete your account at any time. We will permanently and immediately delete your personal information and all associated health data from our active systems upon request. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone. While removal is immediate from our primary databases, technical logs or backup copies may persist for a short cycle before being purged, except where retention is required by law.
Some features require a paid subscription, processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Gutivo offers a 7-day free trial for select plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the respective store policies.
Daily AI scan limits vary by subscription tier:
Limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Unused scans do not carry over to the next day.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing and feature limits to reflect changes in underlying service costs (including AI processing infrastructure). Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes via email or in-app notification.
Gutivo employs Artificial Intelligence to analyze your health data and generate insights. You acknowledge that AI-generated insights are completely automated, are for informational purposes only, and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results. By using these features, you explicitly consent to the processing of your inputted data by our encrypted third-party AI partners.
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By using Gutivo, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely for providing our services. We do not use your health data for advertising or marketing purposes. You can export or delete your health data at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (c) reverse engineer or modify the application; (d) use automated means to scrape data; (e) impersonate any person or entity.
All content, design, code, and branding in Gutivo is owned by Gutivo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Gutivo without our express written permission.
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that insights will be accurate for your specific health situation. The accuracy of insights depends on the consistency of the data you provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gutivo shall not be liable for any health decisions you make based on app information, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gutivo operates. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
