Frequently asked

When you start your trial, you get full access to every Gutivo feature for 7 days. No payment is collected until the trial ends. If you cancel before day 7, you won't be charged anything. Access is available once per account.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Gutivo → Cancel. Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Gutivo → Cancel.
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never sell your data. You can delete your data instantly in the app under Profile → Privacy.
Basic trends appear after 7 days of logging. Advanced AI correlations require 14 or more days of data to ensure statistical relevance.
Go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently and immediately removes all your data from our active systems. You can also email us to request deletion.
